Industrial & Commercial Instructor Training
The Industrial & Commercial Instructor training course provides candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to instruct in any industrial or commercial environment. From automation to manufacturing, this course is suitable for people wishing to deliver operational workplace training. Courses are available at the RTITB Instructor Academy in Telford (UK), on your site, or as remote Instructor training for the theory element of the course.
By the end of the Industrial & Commercial Instructor course candidates will:
- Be able to plan and deliver training
- Be able to recall and discuss the responsibilities of an instructor
- Be able to develop a lesson plan that meets training objectives
All candidates must successfully complete an independent examination to qualify as an RTITB Instructor – an internationally recognised qualification.
The Industrial & Commercial Instructor course is suitable for candidates who:
- Have good communication skills
- Have excellent working knowledge of the industry they wish to instruct in
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills
- Have the confidence to present to large and small groups of their peers

Industrial & Commercial Instructor Re-Registration
A course for RTITB Registered Instructors who attended RTITB's Industrial & Commercial Instructor course post April 2013 and who need to re-register their qualification. Anyone who attended RTITB's Industrial & Commercial Instructor course pre April 2013 will need to complete the Initial course to re-register.
2 days (1-3 candidates) - £1520
