Securing training for lift truck operators or Driver CPC Periodic Training can be a time-consuming process. Here are the 5 simple steps we take to efficiently manage your operator and driver training course bookings.  

Step 1: Get in touch 

Upon receiving your initial enquiry, we’ll gather all the necessary information from you. This includes identifying the exact type of training required. Plus, the number of candidates, locations, and the timeframe. We also establish what investment you have available for training. Then, you leave it to us! 

Step 2: Comparison 

To provide you with the best options, we contact a minimum of three local training providers. We have hundreds of quality training partners across the UK, enabling us to find a suitable provider near you. We explore and compare available dates and prices against your specific needs. 

Step 3: Your options 

We gather together all the information from our partners and come back to you with your best options. We’ll give you a call to run through the details and reconfirm everything on an email so you can review internally as needed. 

Step 4: Confirmation 

Once you’re happy, confirm your choices to our team. We’ll prepare an invoice – you only need to deal with us as a single supplier. You’ll save time compared to organising multiple payments to different companies. 

We will provide you with candidate eligibility requirements and booking forms from the training provider. Complete these, send them back to us and we’ll ensure the training provider has everything they need to confirm your booking. 

We verify all the details with you by phone and by email, so you’re clear on what has been booked and for when. Your team can then attend the training -simple! 

Step 5: Documentation 

After the training courses are complete, we make sure that you receive all the necessary certificates. As well as any documentation you need for your training records.
