Why our great people at RTITB set us apart

At RTITB, one of the things we are most committed to is building a stable, skilled team of experts for you to do business with. That’s because we know that if we can build strong relationships with our customers and partners, that we can do more to help their business succeed.

Did you know that 90% of our team has been with the company for more than 5 years? (And several members for much longer!)

We’re really proud to have such a committed team of individuals that are in their careers with RTITB for the long term. This helps us support our customers better too. Over the years, you can build genuine rapport with us, and we can develop an understanding of your business to give you the best solutions. All the while, you can feel confident that the highly knowledgeable people you’re dealing with aren’t going anywhere any time soon.

RTITB Employee Engagement Survey 2020

Another thing that we are truly proud of is our high standard of customer care. Our experience shows us that the more engaged our employees are, the better service you’ll receive. That is why we were delighted to see such great results in our latest Employee Engagement survey (conducted in December 2020).

Some of the key findings include:

  • 93% said that we care about their health and wellbeing
  • 96% feel we work hard to exceed customer expectations
  • 89% feel their team works and communicates effectively together

All of this indicates an engaged, happy team ready to deliver the best service to everyone we deal with. In addition to this, we were pleased to hear that almost 9 out of 10 of the RTITB team feel that as a business we respond to changing needs of our customers.

However, we know we’re not perfect and there is always room for improvement. Based on the results of our recent survey, in the coming year, we will be doing more to improve some of our processes and provide more of the feedback and recognition that our amazing team deserve.

A key focus for us will also be addressing work/life balance, which has been an area of increased importance over the past year, as Covid-19 continues to disrupt the status quo and where our team continues to work from home.

What’s more, two members of the team are set to become Mental Health First Aiders, gaining a deep understanding of what mental health is and what factors can affect wellbeing.
