SUPPLY CHAIN WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE END-POINT ASSESSMENT
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative (ST0259) Level 2 apprentices can work in any storage or warehouse environment and their role varies between different companies. However, every apprenticeship has an End-Point Assessment (EPA) Plan. An EPA Plan first sets out the specific assessment Gateway requirements for that standard, which must be met before an apprentice can take an EPA. RTITB offers expert EPAs dedicated to the logistics industry only.
The End-Point Assessment for the Supply Chain Warehouse Operative (ST0259) Level 2 has two components: a short answer question and scenario test, followed by a practical test. These can take place on the same day or can be split over separate days. The apprentice will achieve a grade of a pass or distinction.

HOW DOES A SUPPLY CHAIN WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE EPA WORK?
The Supply Chain Warehouse Operative (ST0259) Level 2 EPA consists of two parts, a written test of knowledge and behaviours, and a practical test of workplace skills. Both parts can be conducted on the same day, or on separate days, either in the workplace or at a suitable training centre where the workplace can be simulated.
Knowledge and Behaviours Test
During this test (which we usually deliver via our online EPA system), the apprentice will have a total of 60 minutes to answer 20 short answer and 2 scenario questions. The test has a pass mark of 70% and distinction mark of 90%.
Practical Test
This takes place in the workplace (or in a training centre which simulates the workplace) and involves the apprentice carrying out normal duties and using equipment which they operate regularly. The apprentice has 60 minutes to complete a series of actions that will show our RTITB assessor that they have the skills set out in the apprenticeship standard.
