Out of Hours Assistance

We recognise that there may be occasions where members need to contact RTITB out of normal trading hours in order to fulfil membership requirements and criteria or for MDRS assistance. If you require out of hours MDRS assistance (i.e. to advise a course has been cancelled at under 72 hours notice, a course has been booked with under 72 hours notice, technical issues etc.) please take the following steps. Telephone +44(0)7841918552​. Leave a voicemail including full details of the nature of assistance required. The MDRS team will identify, from the information provided in the voicemail, the urgency of the matter. If deemed urgent we will call you back immediately or if deemed non-urgent we will call back at the start of the next working day. Please note if no information is left in the voicemail we will not call back until the start of the next working day. Course bookings and cancellation calls will be noted by the MDRS team and in the majority of cases will not be called back as this is a “notification only” call.
